How a shift runs
The rate you quote at booking is the rate you invoice and the rate you pay against. Nothing gets copied between systems, so nothing drifts.
A facility books through its portal, or your office creates the shift. Rates are calculated once, including loadings, and snapshotted to the shift.
Every eligible worker is notified at the same moment. No tiers, no favourites lists, no waiting for the first round to time out.
The worker accepts, is flagged on arrival within range of the site, and starts and ends the shift in the app.
Your office approves the hours. The rate card re-syncs, so billing and pay use exactly the same figures.
Approval creates the billing line for the facility invoice and the payroll line for the worker's pay run.

The iShapps mobile app is where your workforce lives day to day. It's tied to the same shift record your office and facilities see, so a tap on a phone updates everyone.

FAQ

Register your organisation with your name, work email, phone and timezone (your ABN is optional), then enter the code we email you. You get a 14-day trial with no card needed to start, and we email you a link to set your password and sign in.
Each month you pay for your active sub-admins and the workers who started at least one shift, with a minimum of 5. Your super admin, facility logins and workers who didn't work that month are free. You can see the month so far in iShapps at any time.
Carers and nurses use the iShapps mobile app to onboard, accept shifts and start and end them on site. Your office and your facilities use the web platform in any modern browser.
Yes. A facility user whose email belongs to several agencies picks the agency at sign-in and can switch between them from the profile menu, without juggling separate accounts.
Yes. Each agency on iShapps runs on its own database, and its files are stored in their own space. Nothing about your workers, facilities or rates is shared with another agency.
